Our manufacturing team have now resumed to normal hours so the production and delivery time will not be affected.  We will observe the California Executive Order accordingly as changes are announced.  You can find updates here on the governor’s website.

We realize the impact that COVID-19 has on our teammates and community, and this is not a decision we made lightly. To help alleviate challenges during this unprecedented time, in addition to reduced hours, encouraging sick employees to stay home, perform routine cleaning of shared workspace, comply with State and local order on social distancing and safety measures, we’ve implemented a rotating staff protocol.  You can find the details of the executive order here that excludes our industry who supports the construction industry and manufacturers of personal protective equipment (PPE) on page 1, 11, and 13.

In addition, we are aware of the interim guidance for business to prepare and respond to Coronavirus and the updates are available on CDC website.

Suggestions on How to Disinfect Equipment

As a manufacture of harnesses and safety gears, Fusion Climb recommends cleaning all the harnesses and helmet on a regular basis, preferably after every use by a different person.  You could use product such as Febreze Professional Sanitizing Fabric Refresher for harnesses, any disinfecting wipes for helmets, and  any alcohol wipes for any metal gears such as carabiners. Remember to not keep the gears wet but hang for air dry or short term sun dry.  When cleaning multiple harnesses or gears, hang them separately in a well ventilated environment.  Click here for other helpful info.

Avoid Rubbing Your Eyes

Besides basic hygiene such as wash your hands a lot, avoid touching or rubbing your nose, mouth and eyes, wearing glasses may add a layer of protection according to American Academy of Ophthalmology.
