Quality and Service

We bought new lanyards for our guides about a month ago, and after using them a handful of times, they have begun to fray. When we reached out to customer service, we were told that they were not fraying, and it was our fault for not hooking them up correctly to our harness.
We are a well established ziplining business and we know how to connect our lanyards. We have never had trouble like this in the past, especially with brand new equipment. They fact that they do not back up their quality and blame their customer is very upsetting.
